How I Can Help

I bring specialized training and extensive clinical experience in working with adults who are navigating a wide range of emotional and life challenges. My work is grounded in evidence-based approaches and informed by mindfulness practices, with an emphasis on helping you feel steadier, more confident, and better equipped to manage day-to-day stressors.

Areas of focus include:

  • Anxiety and chronic worry

  • Depression and mood concerns

  • Mindfulness-based stress reduction

  • Life transitions and adjustment issues

  • Grief and loss

  • Chronic illness and health-related stress

  • Caregiver stress and burnout

  • young adults navigating anxiety, stress, relationships, and major life transitions.

Together, we will work at a pace that feels right for you, identifying practical tools while also making space for reflection, insight, and emotional healing.
